Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Please email shoptheanti@gmail.com for further details on initiating your refund.You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Sale items are ineligible for refunds, no exceptions.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

2. Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or wrong sizing. In circumstances, where you consider that a product is defective or may be the wrong size you should promptly contact us at [shoptheanti@gmail.com] with details of the product and the defect. Due to limited quantity, an exchange will not always be granted and a partial refund will be considered. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-main, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
